Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend after registering for Horizons you have the following options:

Transfer your booking to a colleague – one replacement per registration is acceptable and must be confirmed in writing to liquent.horizons@thomson.com no later than October 6th (US).
Cancel your registration – full refunds will be given for cancellations received 4 weeks prior to the conference. No refunds for any cancellations received less than the times listed above.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refunds and forfeit the registration fees paid. No-shows will not be permitted to roll over their registrations into the following year.

There are no exceptions to these policies.
